What happens after I subscribe?

Once your subscription is approved, we will email you a link for payment and send over your installation instructions. As soon as the payment is made, we will email your login credentials so that you can start watching and enjoying TellyTime immediately.

If you ordered a Fire TV Stick or an Android Box, we will ship it over to you straight away.

Just one last thing - Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder and mark our emails as safe. This will make sure you see everything we send you.

How does the installation work?

As soon as your subscription is approved and paid for, we will provide you with your new login details and email you specific instructions on how to install our app on your TV or any other device.

The installation is simple and will change slightly between devices, but it will usually involve downloading an app from your TV store and running our app (APK) on it.

If you’re planning on watching TellyTime on your TV (rather than on your mobile device, for example), make sure that you have a Fire TV Stick or an Android Box. If you already have one installed, great! If not, you can order one from us or buy it somewhere else, it’s up to you. Either way, we will send you a simple guide on how to install your new device.

Should you require any help, our support team is available to personally guide you through the process at any time.

Minimum age requirement

In order to become a member and utilize the TellyTime services, you must be 18 years old or older.

Usage and service terms

You may not either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast or transmit the content.

Third party purchases

Your transactions and other dealings with third party vendors that are found on or through the service, including “buy now”, and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such dealer.

Quality of streams

A perfect viewing experience relies upon your network access and device capabilities. The elements will be based on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of the device you are using. Subsequently, TellyTime can’t make any guarantees about the content in these regards. Please note sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

VPN or Proxy usage

Using a VPN or proxy servers is not allowed while connecting to our servers and will result in permanent suspension.

Accuracy of information

All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all utilization of your account.

Sharing a subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time.

Number of channels and movies (VOD)

The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can be changes based on the update we do every week.

Suspension and downtime

In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that: your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.

All correspondences and notice to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. The TellyTime logo, and other TellyTime marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of TellyTime. None of the TellyTime trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
